very very poor internet service and hotel has lot to improve

I have stayed at these hotel for the last couple of weeks and more than once. This hotel provides free internet service connection but a very very poor one! Making skype calls, download/send emails and navigate in the internet have been impossible for the last 3 weeks and everyday complaints. Considering that most of the guests are here for Business, definitely this is a bad service. Other thnigs: hotel needs renovation; has poor sound/noise isolation; satisfactory minus laundry service and cleansing. Unfortunately there is a lack of options in Alphaville and the demand is high.
