This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Los Cristianos, just 2 minutes walk from the nearest beach. There are several shopping areas where guests may explore different shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
Built in 1973 and renovated in 1999, this complex comprises a total of 166 apartments spread over 11 floors. Various facilities are available on the complex including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a bar and a pub. Guests may park their cars either in the car park, or in the garage.
