Just stayed here May 23 and 24, 2004. Came in on the train from Italy and it was just a few minutes walk from the train station. That was wonderful because we flew out of Zurich on the 25th and we were able to take the train from Lucerne directly to the airport. Once at the airport you walk off of the train to an elevator that takes you upstairs to the gates and check-in. Super convenient!!!!
The room had down pillows and comforters. It was a nice size room with a/c.
I definitely recommend this hotel because of the location and cleanliness.
