Corinthia Palace Hotel was built in 1920. This is without doubt one of the best hotels on the island provideing the service and amenities of a true deluxe hotel and has been clearly kept in this manner. Its public areas from the pool areas to the various lounges and the vast garden area are all elegantly and lavishly decorated.
Large in size and traditional in decor keeping with the rest of the hotel. It has marble flooring and adorned throughout with antique furnishings. A traditional structure in a classic style made from the light beige coloured stone typical of Malta.
Offering an old fashioned service in a peaceful setting the Corinthia Palace hotel is located on the island of Malta, south of Sicily in the central Mediterranean. The Malta International Airport is 15 minutes from the hotel. Just 8km from the architectural wonders of Valletta the hotel is a perfect location from which to explore the city`s cultural sites. |

The Corinthia Palace Hotel is just across from the Presidential Palace and adjoining the beautiful botanical gardens in Malta. Called the 'silent city' the old world charm of the walled city of Mdina just 3km from the hotel is a site that should not be missed.
The old capital of Mdina is a typical mediaeval town which has a magnificent view of the island and although it is fully inhabited, silence reigns supreme. Today, the city is mainly off limits to cars with is a calming atmosphere through out the narrow streets with Norman and Baroque architecture. |
