decent hotel in perfect location
Have not read any reviews prior to my trip just made a quick last minute decision to stay at Cristallo Hotel while visiting Milan. I’ve made my decision upon the location and the price. Moreover, I was looking for a nice clean place to use as a base while exploring Milan.
The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the central station where you can board a train to just about anywhere in Europe and very close to the underground station.The room was comfortable and came with air conditioning and basic TV channels. The staff was well dressed and polite but in particular courteous. Overall, I received the value expected, the location was excellent, the service was fine and the room was adequate and clean.
