As frequent visitors to the NEC complex this is a very convenient place to stay. Rooms very quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Self service breakfast excellent in a lovely dining room overlooking the lake. Only grumble would be the bar, which serves lovely food, but has a large television and smokers. We preferred the American diner at the nearby Hilton. All in all though an excellent place to stay, very reasonably priced considering its convenient location. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.
