The De Lucia Inn is a small, quiet hotel that offers excellent value for a mid-range priced hotel. The charming Chilean owners Jose Belmar and his wife Lucia have designed the lodging with as much care and taste as their well-respected restaurant. The Inn is new (built in 2002) and all the rooms use a combination wood and stucco to give it a comfortable, homey feel. . |

Located in Costa Rica, the hotel is set in the heart of the Monteverde Cloud Forest and Santa Elena reserves area, enabling you to enjoy their ethereal tropical beauty even when you are not out in it. |

| PROPERTY AMENITIES |

* The De Lucia Restaurant adjacent to the hotel has earned a reputation in the Monteverde area for providing its own unique blend of good food in a comfortable, spacious, open-air setting.
* The inn offers breakfast for their guests at the Restaurant De Lucia, but I recommend visiting the Chilean steakhouse for dinner also. The waiter brings to the table a selection of meats so you may choose between their five entrees, lemon chicken, steak, fresh fish, lamb or filet mignon wrapped in bacon. The entrée comes with an appetizer of tortillas and four salsas; pico de gallo, refried beans, red pepper and jalapeno salsa. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is first class. They also have a good veggie lasagna for those who do not eat meat. |

2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
