A really nice hotel in the centre of heidelberg. We stayed there for one night. The staff was really attentive and caring. The hotel is not too expensive - we had a (really nice) suite, which was equipped with everything you need and a really nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance from the city centre. Be aware that the roomservice is only available until 10pm. |

The Europa Hotel was a beautiful, wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It is the only five star hotel in Heidelberg and it far exceeds those stars. The staff are very attentive without being intrusive, the food is exceptional and the spa facilities amazing. The town of Heidelberg itself is beautiful, with old buildings but with the most modern shops and designer boutiques. I can't wait for my next trip back to Hiedelberg and to the Europa, we will be booking soon! |

Nice location to shopping and sites. Beautiful buffet breakfast included in rates. We were deiving so apprecriated the underground parking adjacant to hotel. Staff was very friendly. Lovely hotel. |
