Newly renovated cosy hotel in the old part of the city. Der Tannenbaum City/Downtown's quiet but central location puts you in walking distance to all the famous sights in Munich such as Marienplatz. Underground, bus and tram stations are all nearby.
The hotel was renovated in 2001 and consists of a 4 storey main building with a total of 24 rooms. |

Der Tannenbaum City/Downtown is located directly next to Send linger Tor, only minutes away from Marienplatz. Numerous sightseeing venues are situated just minutes away from the hotel.
In addition, guests will easily reach the pedestrian’s area with plenty of shopping and entertainment venues within a number of minutes. The hotel is also located near to the underground and railway station, enabling easy access to the new convention centers which are 20 minutes away.
The hotel is located in a quiet side street in the centre of the Old Town. The pedestrianised area offers countless shops. A short stroll takes you to Marienplatz, the Viktualienmarkt, the Opera House or the German Museum.
The Pinakothek art museums can be reached by tram in approximately 10 minutes. |
