The resort is a real unique and scenic place. It is magic Paradise with the music of the sea. The main building has been built on the reef in such a soft way that the guests can enjoy the breakfast facing the reef. The resort has in front a very strong reef which defends the property and this makes a big difference.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Dickwella Resort & Spa Hotel Colombo. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
