Will come back
The location is Very Good - one minute to the tram stop or five minutes to the subway station or about 20 minutes on foot to the center of the city (Rathaus). The staff is very helpful & friendly.
The only thing 'd made me crazy was chamber-maid... Her work-days began at 7 & she was soooo loud... She tried to open my door with her own keys even if there was "Don't disturb" door-plate... She beat of the door with her towels-trolley & vacuum-cleaner...she was soooo loud. |

I would go back
Overall good. Strategically placed near a metro station (about 300yrds). Rooms overlooking the street noisy because of heavy traffic almost 20 hrs.Breakfast buffets excellent , very friendly staff.Renovated early 20th century building, fun to sleep in rooms with high ceilings and decorated with oil paintings. I would bo back.

Adequate enough
The hotel's location is great, a 5 mn walk to the nearest u-bahn station. Then it only takes 20 mn to get to the city center. Room was rather large, with a very high ceiling and a parquet floor. Sanitary equipment was rather old-fashioned. Bed was comfortable. The room was facing an extremely noisy avenue, but thanks to the efficient double-glass windows, nights were quiet. Breakfast was ok, but one could expect more from a 3-star hotel in vienna |

Generally good. Clean hotel with helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. Room ok. Would have liked help from the airport. Enjoyed my two days there. |
