Amongst the facilities count a spacious foyer with a small supermarket, a bar, a nightclub, an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area and a public Internet terminal that may be used on payment of an additional fee. There is also a laundry service, medical assistance and a car park for those arriving by car.
This complex only offer 4 hour of children entertainment activities per day. Night shows are offered exclusively in German. Guests wishing to enjoy these shows in other languages (Spanish included) can go to Dunas Suite hotel (adjoining establisjment).

Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
