This family-friendly hotel consists exclusively of suites spread over 3 floors. The air-conditioned reception area offers 24-hour reception service, a hotel safe and lift access. In addition, guests may make use of the cosy breakfast room. There are car parking facilities for those arriving by car.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disney World and the Lake Buena Vista Outlet. Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to the date of check in will be charged at full price (100% of stay). In addition there will be no refund for no-shows or guest curtailments (early check out). For guests staying less than 5 nights: \"\"Light touch\"\" housekeeping is provided Monday to Friday and includes the replacement of used towels, emptying of rubbish bins, and the making of the beds. Weekend light touch is provided on a request only basis and can be scheduled by the guest when they are at the hotel by contacting the front desk on Friday afternoon. Clean towels and bathroom amenities are provided at the front desk for weekend guests. For guests staying more than 5 nights: \"\"Light touch\"\" housekeeping service is provided daily Monday to Friday as described above. Full service cleaning is provided every 5th day at no charge. Additional full cleanings can be booked at a cost of 15 USD per day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of ESD Extended Stay Deluxe Lake Buena Vista Hotel Orlando. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
