The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 121 studio-suites. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom and a lift.
There is a complimentary shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World as well as Universal Parks and Seaworld. A light touch housekeeping is provided and includes the replacement of used towels, emptying of rubbish bins, and the making of the beds. Rooms are given Full service cleaning every 7th day at no charge. Additional full cleanings can be booked at a cost of 10 USD per day.
