2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.

I stayed at Excelsior hotel for a couple of nights. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfectly located near the city centre and many attractions. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. I liked wireless internet access. Its fine for short stays
