Nuestras oficinas que se encuentran en la planta baja se encargan de hacer el check in normal como en qualquier Hotel, en estos momentos estamos abiertos de 8 a 20:00 horas para el público y en late check in tenemos 2 personas que viven en la torre que atienden fuera del horario para la entrega. El cliente tiene que siempre informar la hora de llegada en Venezuela así podemos controlar mejor todas las entradas. En junio de 2009 estaremos funcionando hasta las 2 de la madrugada, un horario más que suficiente para poder atender hasta el último vuelo que llega a Venezuela. Es muy importante especificar que no somos hotel, una de las nuevas regulamentaciones surgidas en los ultimos dias exigen que especifiquemos bien claro que son Apartamentos. Por tanto estaremos trabajando con el nombre: Apartamentos Executive Flats.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Executive Flats Hotel Caracas. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
