The resort is committed to protecting the environment and supporting the local community. The environmentally friendly eco resort has been designed to harmonise with the local landscape and conserve resources, with grey water tanks and all buildings designed to maximise the benefits of local ventilation. With only 15 rooms, the hotel has a spacious and peaceful atmosphere where guests can experience the delights of nature from the comfort of their own terrace. All rooms are insulated, water is heated with solar power and energy efficient lighting is used. The resort comprises 5 villas and offers a café, restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Faasai Resort and Spa Hotel Koh Samet. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
