Fair House Villas & Spa is located on the Maenam Beach on the northern shores of the tropical island of Koh Samui. The resort opened in January 2006 with a total of 72 modern Thai Villas and Chalet style rooms. All with individual terrace and balcony. The resort has a secluded private beach adjacent to the 2 km long Maenam Beach.

The beachfront bar for pre – and post meal drinks, offering you cocktails and daily entertainment. Open from 0600 hours to 2300 hours.
Pool Bar

* Situated on the terrace by pool, serving a full range of light meals, snacks, refreshments, cocktails, beer and wine for you to enjoy. Served in or by the pool. Open from 1000 hours to 1900 hours.
