In case of clients will arrive out off the indicated timetable, please contact with your travel agency minimal 3 days before in order to inform the apartments. Directly payment of an extra suplement will be require for later times arrivals .No late arrival confirmation to apartment and travel agency can suppose not to get the keys. No pets allowed. Arrival cleaning. Towels and sheets are not included.Posibility to rent sheets pay directly sheet/week. Swimming pool open in summer, ask about timetable. Deposit obligatory.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Forner Hotel Costa de Azahar. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
