Fort Marcy Hotel Suites, on nine landscaped acres, is on the north side of Santa Fe, three blocks from a large recreation complex and four blocks from downtown. Ski Santa Fe and The Santa Fe National Forest, with hiking and snowshoe trails, are about 15 miles away.
The condos, each individually designed and decorated, attract families and skiers because of their convenient location—close to downtown and Ski Santa Fe. * A summer shuttle (May-September), available from early morning until late evening, travels to locations within a three-mile radius, including the Plaza, Canyon Road, and many restaurants.
* A gazebo is located on the grounds, which are occasionally visited by deer. The business center offers a computer with wireless Internet access, printer, and fax machine. |

* Fort Marcy Hotel Suites features 80 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condo suites, some on one level and some on two levels. (All three-bedroom condos have upstairs bedrooms.) All suites are individually decorated in Southwestern style and feature private, furnished balconies or porches.
* All offer full kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, table settings, and coffeemakers, as well as separate dining areas. Living rooms are furnished with sofas and cable TV. Bedrooms are separate from the rest of the suites. Some suites have VCRs and CD players. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Fort Marcy Suites Hotel Santa Fe.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
