Would go back
The hotel itself is great, modern, clean etc. The service on the front desk fantastic, the veiw from the rooftop pool bar amazing. The only negative is that we came across with some hotel staff that were not professional enough, however despite that that is a great hotel that I would definitely go back.

Great Hotel
Lovely modern hotel that is exactly as the name it is given, Fresh. Very impressed with this hotel and the service, the hotel has sundeck on the roof with a pool and bar and fantastic views of the acropolyis at night. Rooms are very modern, they provide a hot breakfast in the morning that is absolutely sumptuous, one of the best breakfasts that we had in the many hotels we stayed at in and around Europe. This is a great hotel and we would definately stay there again.

Lovely
Lovely, very modern room. Upon checking in, we were given an upgrade to a suite. All the staff were extremely friendly. The neighborhood is not the greatest but it is only a short walk to the Plaka and other places of interest. Lovely.

Memorable Stay
We just stayed for a couple of days during the Christmas period.The hotel design is extremely interesting and gives a sense of "fresh"! It is located very close to the city center where various bar and restaurants can be found. We enjoyed the facilites of the hotel like bar, gym even though it was too small. Unfortunately, we never got to use Sauna and turkish bath. But despite that, the general atmosphere and friendly hotel staff made our stay memorable.

Fresh is best!
Fresh Hotel is outstanding. The entire experience was wonderful. The location is fantastic - close to Omonia for any train trips and easy walking distance to Plaka and Monastiraki and all their restaurants/ cafes/ tavernas and shops. The staff are wonderful and all spoke English - even when we had a minor problem, there was no drama for them to fix it. Breakfast was a feast! The food was well prepared and there was a daily change in the menu - big, small or vegetarian eaters will be well catered for - fresh stawberry juice 'shots' were a highlight. The rooms were also fantastic. Spacious, light, bright and airy with very comfortable beds and pillows - very funky. Bathroom lacked a bath, but who cares as the showers are HUGE. Then there is the view from the rooftop terrace/ pool/ bar/ restaurant!!! Amazing - the view of the Acropolis at night is stunning, make sure you watch sunset and the lights coming on at the Parthenon. This place deserves 6 stars - I will most definitely return.
