The apartment complex features 1-bedroom apartments accommodating a maximum of 4 persons.Guests are to collect their keys at the office of Lloguers Altamar at Avda. Valencia nº4. Check-in is from 5 pm to 8 pm, and guests must check out by 10 am. In case of arrival outside these hours, guests should contact reception by telephone on 96 4157272 to arrange the collection of their keys.
The apartments will be cleaned on arrival, but the room price does not include the final cleaning. There is an obligatory deposit to be paid.

* Furthermore, kitchen utensils are provided in all accommodation as standard. Bed linen is changed once a week, and the room price does not include towels or table linen.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Fuentemar Aptos Hotel Costa de Azahar. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
