Unfair administration

Everyone fully understands what a non-refundable cancellation is. We also understaood that in full before making such a booking. Hotel Fürstenhof in Dussledorf, Germany, was a our a mistake choice. We planned to spend our short vacations there and did not imply that we shall be doing any cancellation but our bad luck, yes, the volcanic ash - cancelled all our flights. We tried to warn the hotel quite before and received such a reply - "Dear Mrs. Tatiana, OUR INFORMATION IS, THE AIRPORT TOMORROW is WORK. GOOD FLIGHT. Hotel Fürstenhof, Sofia Georgopulu". It was an obvious lies because all flights were cancelled and the only aim of it was not to make refund upon cancellation. One cannot control specific circumstances like volcanic eruption but deliberate lies is easily controlled. If a hotel does not care about ordinary people and cares only about unfair gain they deserve only condemnation and disapproval.
