* The guesthouse has 35 four-bedded rooms. The rooms are very light with a large window and modern furnishings and fittings. There is a table with 4 chairs as well as a writing desk in each room.
* All of them are equipped with single, wooden beds, bedside lamp, a separate bathroom with a shower and WC. In addition there are 4 lockable wardrobes. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Gaestehaus Am Campus Hotel Berlin.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
