Clean decent hotel
My friend and I recently visited Crete and stayed at Galaxy for 3 nights. The Hotel is not quiet in the city center, but within a nice 25 min walk you can reach everything. Great nearby cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were adequate enough, most importantly clean. The breakfast was very nice with a very huge selection. Overall, it’s a nice decent hotel, however the only downside would be a bit unhelpful staff especially at the reception desk. The internet connection at the room and lobby was very sufficient. The pool area was very nice. Overall, Galaxy is not a city hotel, but if you value cleanliness, a decent location to access and explore Knossos, then Galaxy can be one of your choices.
