The hotel was founded in 1949 by the tosadori family. renovated in 2008 it has air conditioning in all rooms. it consists of two buildings. the main hosts suites as well as the reception, lobby, restaurant, bar, reading room and a tv room. it also offers a pleasant garden for summer days.

Location: near a spa, 500 m. from the lake and only 2 km. from sirmione town centre.
