The Golden Palace Hotel is a centrally located hotel featuring an opulent blend of Art Deco and modern design through a theme of precious metals, situated 900 metres from Palazzo Reale. This five-floor property features 195 air- conditioned guestrooms decorated in warm hues with precious metal tones of silver and gold. Modern Art Deco- style furnishings have burnished brass and black lacquer details.
The hotel's Golden Spa is a temple of relaxation where guests can use the heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna and tanning booth. There is a large relaxation area, cubicles for a range of beauty treatments and therapies and a fitness area fully equipped with cardiovascular machines and weights.
The Olympic themed restaurant serve local specialities, Japanese dishes and low-calorie cuisine. The hotel is home to a congress centre with five meeting rooms accommodating from 12 to 100 people and installed with audio-visual equipment; a wide range of business services are offered, including translation and secretarial services.
In the evenings guests can retreat to the trendy chocolate rosewood panelled Time Bar where cocktails can be sipped on rich velvet sofas with mohair cushions and red LED digital counters appear behind the smoky glass walls. |
