Great value for money!
My husband and I recently stayed at Golden Tulip Amsterdam - Zaandam Hotel and enjoyed the time we spend there. Before we booked the hotel we made some search on the internet about Amsterdam and its surroundings as we didn't want to book a room at the touristic center of Amsterdam. We wanted to keep away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic parts of Amsterdam yet stay close to the center. Golden Tulip Amsterdam - Zaandam Hotel was the right place for us. It is located right beside Zaandam train station. It takes no more than 15 minutes to get to Amsterdam Central Station from Zaandam. Really convenient! Zaandam is also a very nice place with peaceful surroundings and famous windmills. Our room was a double room with a comfortable bed, TV, coffee-maker, minibar and with clean bathroom facilities. The hotel has an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals in a decent atmosphere. We had a memorable stay at Golden Tulip Amsterdam - Zaandam Hotel over all.
