don't stay in this hotel

don't stay in this hotel !!!!! This is not four star hotel by my opinion. A/C did not work.... Customer service doesn't exist. Front desk doesn't deserve to work there

very good location

We stay in GRABEN twice. Very good location Small hotel charmy, rooms little small. ,.small lobby. You pay for the location, the best in VIENNA, centrally., and not the hotel standards. You may find chepper hotels, out of the center, beyond the ring.

Excellent location; just off the major pedestrians streets, on quiet side street, across from a landmark cafe, next door to a landmark eatery, down the street from the Hofburg and a host of museums beyond. we walked to most everything. and also were steps away from the convenient, efficent subway. Front desk helpful. staff pleasant, breakfeasts adequate, on site resturants cordial. rooms small ,but quiet and clean. Only complaint was that TV badly placed and dangerously mounted on wall. very good value.

The Graben is ideal for short term tourist stays. The service, although not overtly friendly, is pleasant and efficient, the facilties are comfortable and the buffet breakfast is a cut above the usual. Its central location makes it a short stroll to major tourist attractions: the Hofburg quarter, shops and museums. Nearby street cafes are a delight in the early evening, and public transport is close and convenient.
