We had a very pleasant stay here for the 2 nights we stayed. Good location just a short walk from the underground and a quiet square in front.
Comfortable rooms with all the necessary requirements and the breakfast was the best we had during our trip in Spain. Also found the front desk staff very efficient, it took just 2 minutes for our baby's cot to arrive.
Only minor point was that the bed was on the small size.

Great hotel just outside of center of city but very near to a metro station. If you want a quiet place to sleep in a noisy lively city, this is the place. Nice clean rooms and well appointed bathroom with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Because it is not right in the center, you get a good deal on a 4 star hotel.

The ad said centrally located, but quiet on a square. They were right. Lovely large room with marble bath, many amenities, minibar, great restaurant for dinner. Also, a healthy choice breakfast that really was! Very clean. We will definitely come back.

The structure of the hotel is the problem- - when the person next door turns on the water, there is a long whistle sound that pierces your ears. I stayed for a week and not once did my high speed internet access in my room work. When you are there for business, as I was, that is a major problem- The only thing that made my stay worthwhile was a nice Concierge named Manuel, and some other staff members were quite nice. I would never go back and never recommend this hotel.

A real gem. A good quality hotel hidden in a quiet square (in central Madrid!!). It's not the cheapest hotel in the city (but then it is 4 star rated), nor is it by far the most expensive. The rooms are excellent quality, try and get one overlooking the square, the rear view is a typical city centre hotel rear view (i.e. dark and disappointing). Marble bathrooms, good service. No idea what the restaurant is like for lunch or dinner (it's in Madrid - why would you eat at the hotel?), but the breakfast is a good buffet. For some reason does an afternoon tea.
