Good hotel
I stayed two nights and it was good. Location is not best but good, breakfast faily good.
Anyway, I satisfied and will stay again if I come to Seville again. |

I stayed at the Gran Hotel Lar in January of 2000 and found it to be quite comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the service was very friendly. It was a nice walk to the historic district and shopping. The only time I used a taxi was when I had too much to carry. The only complaint I had was noise during the night from other guest rooms and could hear the dish washing from the restaurant kitchen as my window seemed to be a couple of floors above the dining area. I would stay at the Gran Lar again. |

I stayed at the Gran Hotel Lar in December 2000 and I thought it was a great value. Like most European hotels, the room was smaller than in the US, but it was very clean, comfortable and convenient to Barrio Santa Cruz. It was extremely easy to find, especially if you arrive in Seville via train. It's about 2 blocks from the train station and easy to public transportation. We mostly walked, but it was only about a 5 minute walk to the historic barrio. We're about to stay there again this year. |
