hotel was immaculate the staff very polite and friendly, however you need to watch your room service bill they tried to overcharge me for coffee's which I never had.. if I hadn't of checked my bill I would have paid. I found the food lovely however the hotel ...
everybody who works in this hotel is very friendly. expecially alex in reception. great guy.
The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city with easy access to the tramway. The rooms are nice and the staff are very courteous. I would suggest reserving your room online however as you are likely to get a much better deal.
