staff very polite and friendly,
hotel was immaculate the staff very polite and friendly, however you need to watch your room service bill they tried to overcharge me for coffee's which I never had.. if I hadn't of checked my bill I would have paid. I found the food lovely however the hotel is overpriced for where it is situated, and I found them very eager to pack up at breakfast time 10.00 am on the dot. I would however stay there again as the room I was in was standard and the ceiling coving fell down in the bathroom .. when I complained I was upgraded free of charge.. but I had to complain first. "

really great 4star hotel in istanbul
everybody who works in this hotel is very friendly. expecially alex in reception. great guy.

Nice hotel in a convenient location!
The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city with easy access to the tramway. The rooms are nice and the staff are very courteous. I would suggest reserving your room online however as you are likely to get a much better deal.
