The hotel has 248 deluxe rooms with a distinct baroque classical architecture. Air-conditioning and heating with individual thermostat control are standard. 1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Grand Noble Hotel Dongguan. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
