Disapointing

Our room was no better than the average 3 star room. The service was good. The one and only ice maker was out of order and I was unable to contact the desk to report it.

Not Worth the Money

We paid for a 2 bed accomodation Grand 2 suite room and they gave us a 2Q bed standard room on 16th Floor, as they made a mistake on my booking, which they admitted after showing them my booking confirmation. Knowing they were fully booked and we were only staying for a night, we accepted it. They assured me that they gave us one of the recently renovated rooms. It was still very dated (leaky faucet) and the worst part, it was on the pool side (very noisy due to a late night party which ended at 2AM). Since we were only spending 1 night, we took all these in stride, but when we requested for late check out (half hour extension), I was simply brushed off and was told that they do not allow late check outs.

amazing!

me and my boyfriend stayed there for one week. It was just perfect. The hotel was very luxury and comfortable. We loved the wonderful view! Rooms are large, well decorated and very clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel service was excellent. Meals were delicious. We enjoyed at the pool and sauna. It was relaxing. We will definetely come back!

Excellent!

I stayed at Grand Sierra Resort Hotel together with my parents in September 2007. I didn't want to go back! It was a wonderful stay really! From the very moment we got to the airport the hotel's airport shuttle welcomed us as we were told before. It was around 11 pm at night when we finally arrived at the hotel and the view was fascinating! The hotel seemed so luxurious from outside as if it was promising us the high quality services inside. We had no problems at the reception desk, it was a very fast check in. When we got to our rooms we were amazed by the rooms. They were big and spacious, tastefully decorated in beige colour. The rooms offered us many modern facilities, they were cleaned daily and has room service 24 hours a day. We were literally spoilt by the excellent service and outstandig facilities of the hotel had to offer. The pool was my favourite place while my parents chose to spend most of their time at the sauna, spa or receiving arometherapy messages. The hotel had a great range of food cafes, bars and restaurants which were excellent. I spent wonderful times at the hotel's bowling center where i got to know new people and made new friends. I enjoyed each moment of my stay at Grand Sierra Resort Hotel and would definitely go back there.
