The hotel was built in 1976 and renovated in 2002 and consists of a 17 floor main building with a total of 154 apartments. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a newspaper stand, a supermarket, a café and a souvenir shop. There is an in-house bar, a TV room and a restaurant available. In addition the hotel has bicycle hire and a public Internet connection available. Guests may park their cars in the car park or the garage.
