Opened in 2004, the hotel is situated in the middle of the resort and comprises a total of 60 apartments. Facilities include a reception hall, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and a laundry service.
Keys should be collected at reception in the Habitat Sierra Nevada Office, situated in the Arttyfal building. Check-in is from 5 pm, to 8 pm, and checking in later than this will incur a surcharge. It is obligatory to call the hotel in advance on +34 958-480 009 or +34 676-990 065 for check-in later than 8 pm. Guests will be required to leave a deposit upon arrival, payable on a credit Card, which will be returned within 3 days of departure if there is no damage to the apartment. Guests are required to return the key before 11 am to check out. Animals are not allowed in this hotel. Each accommodation unit has linen, but no towels - guests can hire towels from the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Habitat Premier Hotel Sierra Nevada. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
