Heliotopos Studios are located about 1 km from the center of Skala Eressos and 350 m from the beach, with a grass garden, in a very calm and quite area in a 4.000 m2 green field.
Heliotopos Studios are situated just 150 m away from the Hotel Aeolian Village. The hotel is also across the road from the famous turtle pond where you can actually feed the turtles by hand. |

* Heliotopos Studios consist of three apartments and five studios in two buildings, each with a fully equipped kitchen.
* Apartments comprise of two bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin, bathroom with shower, small fully equipped kitchen unit. The apartments offer guests internet access, individually adjustable and air conditioning. Balcony with sea or mountain view. Each apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and extra beds are available on request.
* Studios comprise of one bedroom (double bed), fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large balcony with either sea or landscape view. Each studio sleeps 2 persons.
* There is one big terrace for all studios and apartments and all units have air-conditioning. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Heliotopos Studios Hotel Lesvos.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
