Pretty ok room but F&B needs improvement

Let's start with the checking-in; it was rather ok with a slight smile on the face of the FO staff. They were more helpful and friendly looking comparing the rest of the staff who were working beyond the front desk. The bathroom were moldy and there were hair in the bathtub. Small issue, as I just had to do some light cleaning before bath. When asked for housekeeping the next day, I am certain that the bed sheet was not changed as it still had the black stain on the right side of the edge that was there when I first saw it. (Apologise, as I have a habit of going through the things I sleep on and touch) However, the main shocking scene would be the F&B outlet. Not much of a variety and it was a complete "nothing of related" to international buffet spread which was advertised as it was mostly local and very unappetizingly presented food. The waitresses and waiters had a big green bucket on a trolley that runs into the guests who were still seated having their breakfast. When cleaning my table, the crumbs and whatever bits that were on the table were swept onto the floor which should not be practiced in any star hotel. You are running a hotel and not a street hawker stall. I was left with a "gift" which was a used fork that the waitress had (to her blindness) left it there. The floor was greasy and dirty with tissue papers but staff had casually walked on and over it. Food was really very poor and chef had no idea how scrambled egg is made. Anyway, breakfast was spoilt and was there in less than 10minutes. Fortunately, there are other hotels in Cameron that I would rather pick for my future stay than to give a second chance for a return stay. - Stayed from 27th to 29th April on the 3rd floor.
