Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from your accommodation is 10:00 h.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Heritage Key Hotel Orlando. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
