* Guests of the Hersonissos Palace Hotel can bronze on the sun beds next to the freshwater outdoor pool, swim laps in the indoor pool, or relax with a massage and sauna before enjoying dinner and entertainment including a weekly Greek night.
* The hotel has three bars, and business guests can make use of the conference room for 150 people.
* Guests booking all-inclusive rooms will not be charged for the majority of meals and beverages at the following restaurants. Guests booking any other room categories will be charged accordingly.
* Hersonissos Palace Restaurant serves traditional Greek cuisine, as well as international dishes in a buffet style, with contemporary decor and light furnishings. It offers open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Snack Bar offers an a la carte lunch in a formal setting. Meals taken here are not included in the room rate. |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Hersonissos Palace Hotel Crete.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
