I stayed her overnight, as part of a conference deal. The rooms are nice and recently decorated. It has a leisure complex, which is great.
Food is excellent.. There is a free transfer service from the airport to the hotel. However, it is a bit pricey for drinks etc.. This is owing to its location, next to the airport and, the NEC... |

I've always liked this hotel, since attending a friends wedding some years ago, and we decided to go back for a couple of nights.
The entrance is imposing, with the chandeliers and marble lobby, and the concierge helped with bags. We were given an upgrade to a suite- diamond hhonors card- and it was on the fifth floor and was superb! Didn't get fresh flowers, and no clubroom, but the hotel "magically" appeared some cakes in our room each day, which was really nice.
The restauarnt staff for the evening meal were really great- they helped our 2 year old son whilst we ate. Breakfast was extensive both mornings, but a bit slow on the second due to a large wedding party.
The leisure centre and pool is fantastic.
I will definately book again! |
