The hotel, Built in 1928 as Boston, Massachusetts' first skyscraper, combines a sense of "Old World" with a time honoured tradition of gracious service. This structure, housed in the historic Batterymarch Building, draws on the city's rich past with art-deco accents and terra-cotta relief?s depicting pilgrims, eagles, schooners and arches.
