* Wettiner Keller:
The ancient underground crypts of Bruhl’s Terrace are home to this intimate wine cellar with bench-style seating arranged in booths beneath illuminated arches. Local wines and rare and contemporary beers from Saxony complement the menu of traditional Saxon specialities. Special wine-tasting sessions, accompanied by food served on piping-hot stone slabs are available on request. Open daily for dinner.
* Rossini:
Italian dishes are served in this fine dining restaurant with views of the Frauenkirche. Rare and fine wines accompany the Italian menu. Open daily for dinner.
* Applaus:
American-style steakhouse situated in the middle of Dresden’s Tavern Mile, the Münzgasse. Offers fresh salads, pasta plates and steaks; Californian wines are also on the menu. During the summer season guests can dine al fresco on the terrace. Open for lunch and dinner.
* Ogura:
Japanese Restaurant serving traditional dishes such as Sushi and Sashimi. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
* Bistro Ecke Frauenkirche:
French street café inspired restaurant situated directly opposite the Frauenkirche. Serves late breakfasts, snacks, salads, coffees and cakes. Menu of French and Saxon specialities, with the emphasis on small snacks and light meals. Several TV screens in the restaurant bring the Formula 1, and international football and tennis matches live to the table. Open for lunch and dinner.
* Bierhaus Dampfschiff:
Overlooking the Elbe River this beer hall and restaurant has the atmosphere of a local pub and serves traditional Saxon fare and a huge selection of beers. Decor is in the style of an Elbe steamship with an upper and a lower deck, and the annual Dixieland festival is celebrated with live jazz. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
* Café Vis-a-Vis:
Restaurant housed in the 250-year-old part of the hotel. Serves snacks, coffee and home-made specialities in a coffee house atmosphere inside the café or outside on the terrace. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
* Balance Bar:
Stylishly furnished in tones of warm orange, cream, brown and black this contemporary bar serves bar classics and innovative cocktails until 1.30 AM every day.
* Espresso Bar:
Italian-style espresso bar offering coffee specialities, snacks and home-made cakes and tarts. Take away dishes available.
* Restaurant Grüner Baum:
Part of the hotel's lobby area, situated under an 18 meters-high glass roof, the daily breakfast buffet is available with its selection of international morning dishes.
