Really fell for the rip off exec room rate online. It consists of a standard room with a sachet of hot chocolate, a bathrobe and some slippers!! Never enough staff at the check in desk to deal with the numbers of people coming in or leaving. I'm still waiting for my bill in the post and I did express check out about a week ago ...excruciating bar prices..OK now the good part...a beautifully firm, ample, comfortable bed, soft white duvet, fabulous views and plenty of parking close to the hotel. I know this sounds pretty lame..but it made me happy ...
