rubbish

We were very disapointed with our stay at this hotel. We arived last monday evening. We checked in and when we got to our room it was dirty, the bed was unmade and the bin was full of rubbish. It was obvious the room hadnt been cleaned. My girlfriend and I went back to the front desk and told them what had happened. They tryed to tell us that the room was perfectly clean. we then told them to check the room out so they followed us to the room the took one look at it and said ok they would move us to a diffrent room we didn't even get a sory we were fed up by this time so we followed them to the top floor which was very inconvenet as my girlfriend is disabled the room was not at all what we payed for it was very basic but since we were too tired we didn't argue on my bad experance i will never go back!
