nice stay
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was perfect! The hotel is well located near the Lake Geneva. It is easily accessible. Rooms are comfortable and have a perfect view of the Lake Geneva. We were amazed. |

Right place to stay in Lausanne!
Me and my boyfriend stayed at Hotel De La Paix Lausanne for 2 days in May 2008. It is located in a gorgeous area just a stone's throw away from the romantic atmosphere of the Lake Geneva. It is only 7 minutes away from the train satation which allows easy access to the Geneva airport and to the other European destinations. Public transport becomes easier thanks to the free public transportation card the hotel provides upon arrival. The room we stayed in was very big and spacious with comfortable facilties. It had a splendid view of Lake Geneva. The hotel's restaurant and bar offers delicious meals and drinks in a decent relaxed atmosphere. Hotel De La Paix Lausanne is the right place to stay in Lausanne. |

So much enjoyed our stay
The locations of the hotel was the most conveniet for us. It is close to the railway station and main shopping area. Besides the superb view is definitely memorable. Our room was very much like of a first class. We so much enjoyed our stay at this place. |

Loved this hotel
We stayed in Hotel De La Paix Lausanne for 4 days. It's beautifully located in the heart of Luasanne overlooking the Alps and Lake Geneva. It really feels that an excellent tradition is kept alive in this hotel with a lot of attention being paid to detail.
Our room was fablous with magnificent view. The staff was so much professional. We loved this hotel and are definitely planning to come back. |

Definitely recommended
Have stayed here several times over they years. Good location,in a business district, near of the top of the hill , train station and cog train down to Ouchy and the lake. Good bathrooms and room sizes. Staff is efficient. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend. |

Great place to stay
Great place to stay while you are in lausanne the hotel combines some of the best features one can look for when staying in an hotel. it has such amazing veiw that it is actually breath taking. If you are lucky as i was and request a room with the view of the lake you will know what im talking about.
The next best thing i found about it was that the beds where some of the best beds i have slept on and beleive you me i travel all over the world and always stay in 4,5,6 star hotels and very few of them get it right.
Actually the only thing i disliked from the hotel was the breakfast it offered i personally thought it was very limited and not up to par. However, dispite that I would strongly recommend this hotel if you wish to enjoy your time while staying in Lausanne.

Fantastic Hotel
We stayed at this hotel this summer (2006) for nine nights, Bed and Breakfast. We had a double room and we could not ask for a better hotel or better service. If we go back to Lausanne we will certainly go back to this hotel. Regards, Michael and Julie. |

We would recommend this hotel as it's centrally located and it's the best of Best Western Hotels we've stayed in Europe. The room was elegantly furnished and the room size was plenty. However the view from our window was pretty bleak (overlooking other room/apartment windows). |

Very nice hotel which looked as if it had been recently refurbished. Centrally situated, great breakfasts. I did hear one guest complain that his "standard room" had no air-con, although ours did so might be worth checking beforehand. |

First impression was bad when I checked in and I saw the receptionist look at my printed reservation, score through the room price on her sheet and increase it. However, after that all was plain sailing and no other problems. Stayed in a suite facing the lake which was very well sized with superb bathroom. The weather was poor so the view wasn't great, but I know that generally it is so it's worth trying to get a lake view if that's your thing. Inclusive breakfast was good; nice selection. Good location too, would certainly recommend. |
