great service, great value hotel

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Isaacs. The location was perfect, directly by the main bus station and only ten mins away from the main shopping areas of O’connell and Henry streets. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that assisted us in any request. We were given a beautiful room, recently refurbished with tea and coffee facility, spacious bathroom and overall flawlessly clean. At first nights we were bothered by the noise coming from the nightclub located next to the hotel, then following morning we asked for a room change and reception staff was very helpful and gave us a room on the other end of the hotel, so other nights we slept like babies. We had a beautiful experience at Hotel Isaacs and we would definitely going to be back.

The Hotel Isaacs is situated next to the bus station in Dublin so eliminates the needs for a taxi from the airport. The public lounges have great character, huge open fires in impressive fire surrounds and knowledgeable, friendly staff to enhance the visit. The bedrooms are of an adequate size, clean and comfortable. The TV is small and has limited reception, but I wasn't in the room long enough to watch any TV. The ensuite bathroom is a good size and clean, but becoming in need of refurbishment. The hotel coffee bar is a great place to relax, although there are so many to try out in Dublin I didn't have much call for the hotel one. Breakfast was excellent value and of good quality. Again the staff were attentive and friendly, readily bringing hot milk on request. The location of the hotel was ideal for any visit in the city. Everywhere was in walking distance, although the open top bus tour provided an ideal overview of the city.
