I travel quite regularly with work and had occasion to stay at the Quality Hotel Waterford October last and a few times since. The hotel is located within walking distance of the town centre, has all the modern conveniences that I require for travel and secure parking on site. However, the one thing that keeps me going back is the staff. They are truly professional, caring, concerned and always have time for a chat when I return from the office in the evening. It's the little things like this that make being on the road that bit easier - my 2nd family.

we had a short break to waterford in January 2004, it was my birthday on the 15th and we wanted to do something special.We stayed at the Quality Hotel which was very reasonable with lovely food and friendly staff, the room was very specious with a great view of the river.In the evening we found a fantastic pub with live entertainment and great Guiness!!Lots of local pubs and pleanty of places to eat.During the day time we went shopping where there are shops to suit everybody and due to us being there for the January sale took exceptional advantage to this!!We are looking forward to going back to Waterford again and again.
