* Sarah Bernhardt Restaurant:
Art Nouveau fine-dining restaurant. High ceilings, brass chandeliers, teal wall accents with gilt motifs. Warm-wood wainscoting, elaborate painted statues. Lunch, dinner menu with choices such as butterfish carpaccio with truffles, lime zest, pistachios; smoked salmon with black-cream mousse, caviar gnocchi; beef consommé with ravioli, pearl vegetables; flambéed scallops; fried boletus mushrooms in cream sauce with foie gras slices; pork-sauerkraut pastry with minced-duck roll; poached sole in basil essence; roasted veal saddle with fried asparagus; roasted sirloin with broccoli risotto; roast duck with red cabbage, potato dumplings; beef goulash with fried mushrooms.
* Cafe de Paris:
1930s Paris-style café with high wood-beam ceiling, tall copper-arch windows with Old Town views, feathery potted plants, fresh flowers, leather couches and chairs. Light menu includes choices such as pasta, roasted salmon, and steak with peppercorn sauce. Espresso, coffee, tea, baguette sandwiches, omelets, salads, and desserts.
* The hotel Paris Relax Club offers its clients the comfort of sauna, relax room, massage shower, fitness room and professional massage upon request. More sport activities are available near the hotel.
* For conferences, business meetings or private parties, the two elegant meeting rooms - Salon Violet & Salon Petit, are the perfect solution. Both of them are located on the ground floor of the Hotel, next to the Café de Paris. For better accessibility there is a side entrance from the Kralodvorska Street, leading directly to the foyer of both meeting rooms. |
